Three principles that drive every decision we make.

Citizens first

Every civic problem has a citizen who suffers from it and an authority responsible for fixing it. We connect those two realities — loudly, publicly, and persistently.

Radical transparency

Every issue we take up is tracked publicly with its status. Authorities are accountable when their inaction is visible to thousands of citizens. Sunlight is the best disinfectant.

Action over noise

We don't just post. We file RTIs, attend ward meetings, escalate to commissioners, and follow up until something moves. Civic change is about unglamorous, repetitive work.
